Recharge Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to operator failures, payment delays, or incorrect user inputs.
All content, branding, logos, and materials on Recharge Hunter are the intellectual property of Recharge Hunter and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Recharge Hunter reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, abnormal transaction patterns, or legal requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India.
