```Recharge Hunter is committed to providing reliable and transparent services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are processed for mobile recharge services performed through authorized recharge API partners.
Recharge Hunter provides digital recharge . Since these services are executed instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the operator, most successful transactions are non-reversible.
Once a recharge is successfully processed and confirmed by the respective operator, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
If a transaction fails or remains pending but the user’s account has been debited, Recharge Hunter will automatically initiate the refund after receiving failure confirmation from the payment gateway or operator.
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 3–7 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or issuing authority.
In case of duplicate or excess payments for the same transaction, the additional amount will be refunded after internal verification. Users may be asked to provide transaction proof if required.
Users are solely responsible for entering correct mobile numbers, DTH IDs, or account details. Transactions completed with incorrect information are not eligible for refund once successfully processed by the operator.
Recharge Hunter reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
In rare cases involving proven technical errors where payment is captured but service is not delivered, refunds will be processed after proper investigation and reconciliation with the payment gateway and operator.
Due to the instant nature of digital recharge services, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once a transaction is submitted for processing.

Recharge Hunter shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from operator downtime, banking delays, incorrect user input, or third-party system failures beyond our reasonable control.
Payment transactions are processed through secure RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. Recharge Hunter does not store sensitive payment credentials and is not responsible for delays caused by banking networks or payment processors.
